WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE FEES?

Firstly and most importantly our fees are not time based because we don’t want to be rewarded for taking ages over your books!
Secondly and of equal importance our fees are fixed and tailored to you and your business.

WHAT IF I ALREADY USE AN ONLINE BOOKKEEPING SOFTWARE?

If you are already online then our first job is to make sure that you are getting the most from the software that you’re using.
If all is great then we will continue with the software you have chosen and if we recommend that you make the move to another system then we’ll make sure the move is easy for you.

WHAT IF I HAVE A BACKLOG OF BOOKKEEPING TO SORT OUT?

This is not a problem and can even be a good thing. If you have a backlog of bookkeeping to bring up to date we will provide a fixed quote to do this work.
And at the same time we will be able to tailor the bookkeeping software to your business needs.
This means your bookkeeping systems will be in good shape moving forward.

DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNTANT?

At Ozlop.com a big part of our role is to help you get the most from your accountant.
Over the coming months we will turn you in to a bookkeeping hero and so you will then deserve an accountant to be just as great. ​
If you would like to be introduced to a truly great accountant then we have a network of accounting partners who we know you will love to work with.
However, if you are happy with your accountant then we will make sure that they love working with us as your bookkeeper.

WHAT'S THE COMMITMENT?

We don’t believe anyone should be stuck in a relationship that isn’t working.
Sometimes the relationship needs to be altered and occasionally it needs to end.
For this reason we offer an initial 3 month contract because it takes a bit of time to bed everything in.
And then after the first 3 months there is a rolling monthly contract, meaning if at any point in the month you decide to upgrade, downgrade or leave us then that will come in to effect at the end of the following full calendar month.
For example if you decide to leave on the 2nd March then your contract will end on the 30th April. If you decide to leave us on 29th March then your contract will still end on 30th April.
We will make sure all your records are available to you to take with you.
